We ask that you double-check your order details, shipping address, and item selection before checking out. All items are thoroughly inspected before being packed and shipped.

 

🔁 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at a1thelabel@icloud.com within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

We’ll be happy to assist and make things right.

🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as “delivered,” A1 The Label is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting your local postal service or checking with neighbors.
